School leaders and teachers have sustained positive student learning outcomes in all but Arabic and primary phase science. In particular children in the Kindergarten (KS) achievement very well in English and mathematics. English attainment in the secondary phase is also worthy of note. Children's learning skills in KG are very good due to an environment which encourages active investigative learning. Students in grades 10, 11 and 12 attain very high outcomes in CBSE and Kerala Board examinations.

Students demonstrate an excellent attitude to their studies and behave very well throughout the school. They are sensitive to each other's needs and make wise decisions and choices about their own health and safety. Student leadership is strong in this school; they feel valued and listened to. Student leaders initiate charity events and campaigns.

In the classroom, teachers skilfully apply their subject knowledge, utilising various resources to facilitate and enhance student learning. The Kindergarten and primary learning environments stand out as particularly conducive to effective learning. Teachers have benefited from support in utilising assessment data to tailor learning activities to better meet students' individual needs.

Governors and senior leaders are dedicated to delivering high-quality wellbeing services. The responsible team of staff ensures that well-being is integrated into various aspects of the school's activities and curriculum. Every student has direct access to several responsible adults, including school counsellors and well-being leaders. Well-being surveys are conducted, and students have access to online helplines for identifying and addressing any concerns effectively.

The experienced and well-qualified inclusion leader enjoys strong support from a team of special educators and the inclusion governor. Partnerships with parents are very positive. Regular meetings are held which involve parents fully in reviewing and forming the agreed plans for support. Advice for parents is greatly welcomed and they are strong partners in the learning process.

The principal with her strong senior leadership team is establishing a purposeful learning community that provides a caring environment which values and promotes inclusivity and optimises well-being across the school community. Leaders encourage best practices and are successful in supporting positive student outcomes, particularly in the Kindergarten. Leaders have made improvements to the accuracy of whole school evaluation, as required by the previous inspection.
