Attainment and progress in science in the Kindergarten are exceptional. In the secondary phase, students’ attainment and progress are excellent - and most convincingly so in English and science. Students’ attainment and progress in Arabic and Islamic education are not as strong but are mostly good. In mathematics student achievement is mostly very good but a little less strong in the middle phase.

Students’ personal and social development are outstanding. Students’ thoroughly enjoy school and demonstrate excellent attitudes towards learning. They are self-reliant, disciplined and appreciate the opportunity to interact with many cultures. As a result, relationships throughout the school are harmonious. Students are responsive to advice and thrive both on giving and receiving critical feedback. Attendance is very good overall. Students eagerly attend school and are punctual in arriving to school and their classes.

Consistently, from Kindergarten onward, high-quality teaching prevails, challenging and motivating students to achieve their best. Teachers, with robust subject knowledge, skillfully employ thought-provoking questions to foster excellent learning, although this aspect is less pronounced in mathematics within the middle phase and Arabic across all levels. Effective use of resources, including computers, and strong assessment strategies contribute to highly successful learning. Detailed lesson planning ensures students progressively build upon prior knowledge, with teacher-student interactions particularly strong in the secondary phase. The curriculum offers creative learning opportunities across a broad spectrum of subjects, striking a balance between knowledge and skills. Most subjects ensure continuity of learning across different phases. Thoughtful cross-curricular connections are woven into lessons, and the science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics (STEAM) programme facilitates seamless knowledge transfer between subjects. Key subjects follow a well-structured learning progression, aligning with national and international examination standards for effective outcomes.

School leaders and other staff are committed to optimising well-being across the community. This is overseen by a capable and accessible well-being leader and counsellors. Older students actively lead initiatives and mentor their younger peers. Students feel safe and feel valued at school; they possess a clear understanding of the connection between a healthy lifestyle, exercise, and overall well-being. Students report feeling deeply connected to the school community.

The creation of supportive classroom environments and the strong, innovative utilisation of various learning spaces greatly facilitate learning. In many cases, this empowers students to assume responsibility for their own educational journey. Furthermore, robust identification systems and effective intervention strategies provide a nurturing environment for students with unique needs. The school has also enhanced its offerings for alternative educational pathways, including extension programs for gifted and talented students.

Very strong senior leadership and governance is the driving force in creating a cohesive, harmonious and inclusive school. Leaders are highly ambitious in their determination to help all students achieve their full potential. Senior leaders regularly observe learning, review the quality of students’ workbooks and looks at the progress students are making. Leaders have developed strong links with parents and with nearby schools and uses these effectively to widen students' experiences.
