Fun therapies reduce student stress such as taking groups out on a visit to an animal shelter. Surveys of students, staff, and parents inform well-being initiatives, ensuring broader stakeholder involvement. A bespoke well-being curriculum is being developed by heads of all phases. Research-based initiatives address different student needs, such as building resilience and digital literacy.

Members of the inclusion team work together with parents and teachers to create a circle of support around the student of determination. There is a well written and recently reviewed inclusion policy which is signed and understood by all teachers. Regular communication with parents through formal and informal channels maintains a vital link in the chain of interventions to support progress of the student. Ongoing observations logged on Pronote ensure high quality skills acquisition.
