GEMS Founders School – Dubai South publishes 2026–27 tuition for 11 year groups: AED 32,760 (FS1) to AED 42,840 (Year 7 to Year 9). Compared with 2025–26, KHDA's approved tuition is unchanged in every year group that appears on both sheets.
The discount on the 2026–27 sheet is smaller than on the 2025–26 sheet, so the fee after the discount is higher in all 11 year groups; the school did not raise its approved fee.
The first figure is the fee after the discount the school's 2026–27 sheet lists, with KHDA's approved tuition beneath it; the Change column compares KHDA's approved tuition, and where the fee after the discount moved by a different amount, a second line in the row says so and why. A discount can be conditional or for one year only, so confirm it with the school.
Tuition only, as KHDA gives it for each year group; other charges such as uniform, books and transport are listed separately below. A year group the school does not teach is not in the table.
The school's 2026–27 sheet also prints Year 10 (AED 45,360). KHDA's directory lists the school up to Year 9, so that year group is not in the table.

What was the fee last year?
KHDA's approved tuition for 2025–26 was the same as for 2026–27 in every year group on both sheets; the 2025–26 column shows each figure. The discount on the 2026–27 sheet is smaller than on the 2025–26 sheet, so the fee after the discount is higher in all 11 year groups; the school did not raise its approved fee.
Is there a sibling discount?
Yes. The school's 2026–27 sheet lists sibling discounts on a scale that starts at «Sibling 4»; «Other discounts the school states» in «What a year costs» above gives each one, as listed. Not every discount may apply to every family, so ask the school which apply to yours.
Why are there two figures in some rows?
The first is the fee after the discount the school's 2026–27 sheet lists; the second, «approved», is the tuition KHDA approved for that year group. The note under the table says when to confirm a discount with the school.
Which year group is the entry point?
By KHDA's directory, GEMS Founders School – Dubai South teaches FS1 to Year 9, and the 2026–27 sheet prices each of them. The sheet also prints Year 10, which is not in the table. Which year group a child joins depends on age; enter a birth date and the year-group page works it out. Find the year group by birth date
How does the fee compare with other British schools?
«How the fee compares» above counts, for each year group, how many British schools charge less and how many charge more for 2026–27. «Nearby schools» lists the five nearest with their figures and ratings.
Will the fee rise next year?
For 2027–28, no figure is published yet: it appears only when KHDA publishes the school's sheet. In most years KHDA sets, through the Education Cost Index, how much a school may raise its fee. KHDA confirmed there will be no increase in private school fees for the 2026–27 school year. The sheet's own line on increases is in «What a year costs» above.
